El Imperio Verde de Oriente y de Occidente es la visión societaria de Paul Elvere Valérien DELSART.
Es un concepto que se presenta en forma de un juego de rol de realidad alternativa a gran escala, un juego de estrategia masivamente multijugador en el cual la distinción entre ficción y realidad es particularmente imperceptible, o incluso inexistente.
El objetivo del juego es fundar colectivamente una nueva civilización justa y equilibrada, transformando la Tierra en un planeta boscoso no hostil donde los seres vivos florezcan. Esto implica el lanzamiento y la realización de numerosos proyectos colosales en todo el planeta.
Cada usuario se convierte en parte de la construcción de la futura sociedad civil global y en su autorregulación basada en principios éticos universales.
Lo destacado de este juego es su narrativa transmedia altamente innovadora.
El Imperio Verde de Oriente y de Occidente es un extenso imperio ecológico y social que abarca todas las naciones del Este, el Oeste, el Norte y el Sur, inigualable en la historia de la humanidad por sus características atípicas; un imperio próspero con un tiempo de éxito significativo; un imperio en el que todas las naciones y territorios son soberanos y autosuficientes.
Es una confederación real de individuos, ecovillas resilientes, complejos agroclimáticos vegetales, micronaciones y pequeñas comunidades (menos de 3000 habitantes) ubicadas en todo el mundo, interactuando de manera descentralizada a través de numerosos acuerdos de cooperación con un objetivo común.

Who is Henry Harper, the Green Emperor of the East and the West?
I am French of Cameroonian origin at 50%. I was born and spent my childhood in Cameroon.
I have developed, for 12 years now, a program of positive social engineering intended for the reform of France and the world as a whole and this by innovative processes.
I presented it in 2022 as part of the French presidential election; however, the Constitutional Council rejected my candidacy. I have, by the same token, presented it to very many countries by sending mass emails (several tens of millions of targeted mailings since the end of 2021).
